What is Opera? Opera is theater an music, poetry an emotions and was born right here in Tuscany, in the year 1600.
Opera has become amous all over the world thanks also to legendary musicians such as Gioacchino Rossini, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Jules Massenet, George Bizet, Richard Wagner and many others.
Popular arias form masterpieces like La Traviata, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Tosca, Carmen, La Bohème, Norma, Le nozze di Figaro, Otello, Turandot and others will be perfomed in the first part of the show.
Viva Napoli ! Neapolitan classical songs are a true heritage of humanity: O’ Sole mio, Torna a Surriento, Funiculì Funiculà are just some of the hundreds songs written by neapolitan poets and musicians under the shadow of vesuvius volcan. All are written in the Neapolitan languages that sometimes is very different from Italian for historical and cultural reasons which have marked the history of southern Italy.
Our shows start a 9:15 PM every wednesday night at the concert hall of Grand Hotel Croce di Malta, located in via IV Novembre in Montecatini Terme. During the 90 minutes of live music, there will be a break when our guests can enjoy some sweets. We have selected the best singers and musicians to offer you an exciting and high quality show. We are waiting for you!
